I love the two current different foundations I’m using, one is Revlon color stay which is in my natural shade Fresh Beige, and the other is from Maybelline Fit Me in number 310. When I have on my spray tan, I have my face in a more naturally darker tone. I don’t remember the price but you can find both just about any drug store. I bought mine at Walmart.

Elf products are great, at least most of their stuff is, I bought the Pigment and Cream eye shadows, and I truly love them. They have a great pigment to them and where all $3.00. Can’t beat the price. The Elf All Over Stick in Pink Lemonade was $1.00, haven’t tried it yet but again, whats $1.00.

The Teaser brush is great for obviously teasing and little fly aways, when you have a ponytail its great to make your hair look slick.  $3.49 at Sally’s Beauty Supplies

Hair Treatment by Up at Target, haven’t tried it yet but will tell you all about it when I do. I think it was a $1.00 or $2.00

My favorite baby cologne. I can’t believe I found here in Charlotte. I have been using this since I was a baby, my mom used it when she was a baby too, and now of course I use it on my baby. It is the absolute best baby smell ever. Use right after the bath. Found this at Walmart, maybe $7.00 or $8.00 but no more the $10.00.

The ponytail hair bands for a $1.00 at forever21 even cheaper than target and they are the good kind, no metal piece to break your hair.

The Victoria Secret body spray if the number one selling sent in Bombshell for $15.00 org and got 50% off. I don’t recommend it unless you want to smell like a guy. I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I smell it from the bottle it smells like a guys perfume.. Who knows it might be your taste

Spring in the Floral

Spring is here and nothing shows it more than floral print. No matter your style, floral print goes with anything if done right. I love matching floral print with patterns that are completely different. Even if you aren’t such a floral print kinda girl, and your style might be towards more of an edgy look, or if you love floral print, but don’t know how to pair them up. I have a few tips and tricks that will help you stay safe from being tacky and on to  striking. Here are a few outfits I paired up with floral prints to give you a little inspiration for the spring and staying up to date with the new trend.

Here is a basic floral print blouse that I paired up with a colored jeans which is super trendy right now. You might think you can’t go further with a different print but you can. I picked a small amount of leopard pattern, only the belt and shoes.

The Leopard pumps are my own from DSW, get them here:
http://www.dsw.com/shoe/zigi+soho+printy+floral+pump?prodId=dsw12prod3700054&productRef=SEARCH

They are Zigi Soho brand for $79.95. I always get complements on these shoes. I just love how the designer paired it up with 3 different patterns, that’s what makes this shoe so special. Floral, leopard, and snake print.

The boots are from Charlotte Russe:

****Ladies the booties are on sale now for only $12.49 ONLY!!*****

If you aren’t much of a floral print kind of girl, here is a way to add a touch but still keeping your edgy look without over doing it. I just added floral pumps and tiny stud earrings.

And here are 2 different looks that can work for the office to play by just throwing on a blazer you can make it work for just about any occasion. I hope these different looks can inspire you to find the right floral print that fits your style.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I picked a few floral accessories from my room that can also help just about any outfits by adding a touch of floral
The Butter brand Nail Skin Stickers are from Ulta or any store in your neighborhood that carries Butter nail polish, these are fun and very trendy. Nail art in floral print.
http://www.ulta.com/ They are $10.00
I made this fake floral arrangement for my desk and I was never into fake plants but it gives such a nice touch to my desk. Hot pin, bright orange, purple, and yellow all this seasons bright color to get me inspired while I work. You can find this anywhere from Walmart, Target, Michael’s or Kmart. I made mine from Hobby Lobby.
The wedge floral print shoes are from forever21 buy them here:
http://www.forever21.com/Product/Category.aspx?br=f21&category=shoes for $25.00 I bought mine at the store.
My Betsy Johnson earrings are a few years old. I bought them in Bloomingdale’s in Miami. Floral earrings can dress up your outfits even if you are wearing a simple black dress.
My vintage Givenchy ring is even older, I bought it at Macy’s over 15 years ago. Wished I had bought the earrings that matched. A simple floral cocktail ring can do the same, it can dress up any outfit.
Hope you all enjoy! XO
Nailring Week
Hello guys, This weeks Nailring Week is yet another ring from Forever 21, as you all know, I among millions of girls love Forever 21 because of their trendy, hip,versatile style, and not to mention the prices. This ring I have had for about three weeks, and I apologise because I don’t remember the price, but I am sure it was no more than $5.00.
My nail polish is a combination of 2 polishes, one is called Cotton Mouth from spoiled by Wet and Wild. I bought 12 polishes the day I bought this one because they are super inexpensive, and you need to go to CVS when they have the buy 2 for $3.00, I think these polishes are $1.99 org. I also must mention that I did test one before I bought a bunch for the quality, and the quality is great. However, the brush is a flat brush, and some people do complain but I happen to be one that loves the brush. I think it’s easier, and you don’t have to do to many strokes. If you have a good steady hands, I think you will like it. I know the other brand that has a similar style brush is the Sally Hansen Complete Salon line. If you are familiar with their brush, its pretty much the same.
The gold is Milani Jewel FX which we all know and love the big bold glitter of the Milani Jewel FX, and by the way, they are coming with more Jewel FX colors topped with a clear coat of polish and that’s it.
Hope you guys enjoy this weeks nailring week, please send me pictures on my Facebook or twitter page of your special look, I’d love to see your ideas.
Fashion at a Fraction Spring/Summer edition
Hi guys! Hope you all have been well. It’s time for one of my favorites.. Fashion at a fraction summer/spring edition. I do want to let you know that all these products have been tried and tested. I have notice that when bloggers do a lot of fashion hauls have never even tried them, a lot of the times they say, ” I’ll let you know after I try it…., but you are just left to wonder. I have tried these all or have worn them. I will list the price, where I purchased them, and post them right away so that you still have time to go to the stores and buy them if you are interested.
As you know this summer is all about bright color that pop out, spray tan (because they are a lot healthier than baking under the sun), nice shades, fruity, sweet fragrance, mineral shadow, and soft lips. I hope any of these product inspire you for your spring/summer look.
Here are all the items…
Bright Yellow Purse is from Claudia Firenze Italian made all leather trim, and is a perfect spring/summer color. I love this bag, if you buy just these small accessories, it can go with just about everything from jeans, black and floral prints.
I had to put this make-up brush here because, it is a new product that I am using, and I can’t even tell you how obsessed I am about it. Your make up foundation will be flawless..
Sonia Kashuk Beauty Blender/brush Complexion Perfector, and I mean this brush holds up to its name, I love this brush!! $18.00 I splurge and was worth it ;)
Million Dollar Tan in a bottle comes with a blending brush…. The best spray tap I have ever tried, and I go to a solon for a professional spray tan. This one you do at home, and the color is instant. The beauty blender brush allows you to blend tan in without leaving streaks, and I mean this is truly streakless. Spray the tan solution on the brush, and just paint away. blend well and you’ll see. Very time-consuming and well worth it. When tan fades it truly fades natural without any blochiness. It has a coconuty sent, not that nasty spray tan scent, and does not leave you orange looking. It truly is a nice golden natural color. I suggest to use the Tan Icon first before any of the extreme colors. I am of olive skin, and this is the one I use because you can gradually built up your own color. I first learned of this product through Nicole on you tube  http://www.youtube.com/user/nguerriero19?feature=g-all-u , so I must give her all the credit for this.. Thanks Nicole!
Million Dollar Tan Icon $20.00
I hope you enjoyed all my fun spring/summer buys that I am using at the moment and LOVE!
DIY Headband
I wanted to share with you this beautiful and simple DIY headband that’s so stylish and trendy.  My mom is a huge scrapbook junkie, and over the weekend we were at the Donna Downey www.donnadowney.com shop over in Huntersville NC. We arrived and were so happy to be greeted by Donna herself which made our day. We were looking around, and I saw this amazing trim from her own brand. This amazing bright burgundy color trim lace that, I had to do something with because the pattern was so pretty. So, I went home and did a headband. You can basically go to any fabric store, and find a trim that you like to create your own headband. Here are the simple steps and basic supplies that you will need.
1. This elastic can be found anywhere from fabric stores, hobby or craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. The one in the picture is an old plane headband elastic from target that I use when I’m washing my face. If you have an old elastic headband that you don’t use, you can cut it and use that.
2. Scissors
3. Thread and Needle, I would use a color that matches the elastic
4. Your trim or lace of choice
1. You grab your trim and measure the trim around your head, so you know what size to cut, but the trick is to measure it tight around the head or cut it an inch short, so that the elastic works and the headband is secure around your head and not too loose.
2. Cut a 2 inch size elastic piece, then fold the corners of your trim on the elastic, as shown in picture 2.
3. Make sure trim is secure, both corners wrapped around the elastic, then sew. (note, you don’t have to be a seamstress, anyone can do this ;)
4. After you sew the trim around the elastic, tug on it to make sure it is tightly sewn in.
Do the same with the other end.
Here is the finish look
Hope you like, and if you have any questions, please send them to me at my facebook since I answer questions there faster.
